Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Options & Costs (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • You can add Shipping Protection ($3.49) at checkout for extra peace of mind against lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International orders may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Times & Delays

  • Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand may affect delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or local post office first.
  • For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us at support@mynivaro.com within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will assist with a replacement or refund more quickly.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, we will ship them together whenever possible. However, some items may ship separately.
